LONDON FASHION DAY | THE 6TH SEASON
London Fashion Day Season 6: A Celebration of Authenticity and Creative Freedom
On November 1, 2025, London Fashion Day welcomed a vibrant gathering of designers, artists, and industry professionals at the historic St John’s Church in Hyde Park Crescent. Now in its sixth season, the event celebrated authenticity, exploration, and the transformative power of fashion, reinforcing the idea that true luxury lies in being oneself.
Under the theme “The Art of Being,” Season 6 positioned authenticity as the new luxury, striking an emotional chord throughout the collections, casting, and production. Konstantin Lieontiev, founder and producer of London Fashion Day, encapsulated the spirit of the event, stating, “In 2025, being yourself is a creative statement.”
This ethos was palpable as diverse voices from across the fashion landscape came together, creating an atmosphere ripe for innovation and connection.
The runway featured a carefully curated selection of emerging designers from the UK, Europe, and beyond, including notable participants such as the London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA), Relique London, VELGUD presented by Global Fashion Net, TIDE CHEN, Sara K Couture, and many others. The LCCA showcase opened the day with fresh talent, highlighting the works of Juli Cesar Sandoval Retamozo, Galia Nedeva, Deanne Melody Jade Forbes, Cristian Lorenzo Artiles Orosa, and Khaos Rose Blakk. Each designer presented collections that bridged personal narratives with bold design, showcasing an array of expressions from haute couture to contemporary streetwear.
The Pop-Up Corner Space at the event was equally impactful, featuring brands like Posomo × Femoni, the winner of London Fashion Day’s emerging designer open call. Their presentation merged fashion with spirituality, further emphasizing the theme of authenticity.
Behind the scenes, a network of esteemed partners contributed to the season’s success. Key collaborators included Trade Mark Wizards Ltd, Laura TIMM, PAYAVA, and acclaimed educational institutions such as the London College of Contemporary Arts and Fashion Academy Paris. The collective efforts of these partners helped shape a bold and meaningful edition of the event, demonstrating the power of collaboration within the fashion community. Media presence was notably strong, with coverage from platforms such as FASHION, FAB UK Magazine, GLAM Week Magazine, and many others. The diverse aesthetics showcased reinforced the notion that fashion transcends mere fabric; it embodies identity, memory, resistance, and evolution.
